Bishop Fallon High School (BFHS) & Holy
Angels Collegiate Institute (HACI) Alumni Association Board of Directors.

| II. |
PURPOSES: |
| |
1. |
To help preserve, strengthen and add distinction to
the memory of BFHS or HACI. |
| |
2
|
To honor and perpetuate the memory of those individuals
who through athletic participation, academic achievement, and/or have
made outstanding contributions to society. |
| |
3. |
To recognize individuals who have demonstrated,
both in high school and in succeeding years, well defined goals and
mature leadership which reflects favorably on BFHS or HACI. |

HONOREES MAY BE: |
| |
Any graduate or student; staff or faculty
member; athlete; coach and/or outstanding sport team of BFHS or HACI.
|
|
IV.
|
SELECTION CRITERIA: |
| |
|
Considerations will be based on high school and post-high
school contributions areas such as |

Career Fields |
| |

Community service |
| |
|

Politics |
| |
|
 |
Athletics |
|
V.
|
SELECTION PROCEDURES: |
| |
1. |
Nominations may come from any source and be submitted
to any member of the Hall of Fame committee. |
| |
2.
|
The BFHS/HACI Board of Directors will determine the
number of nominations and the number of inductees for any one year. |
| |
3. |
To be admitted to the Hall of Fame, candidates must
receive two thirds of the votes of the BFHS/HACI Board of Directors.
|
| |
4 |
Nominations must include a written biography
of the candidate and must be submitted no later than February 20th.
The induction ceremony will be held in October of the same year. |
| VI. |
RECOGNITION OF INDUCTEES:
|
| |
|
Two plaques will be presented to each inductee of the
BFHS/HACI Hall of Fame. One plaque will be presented to the inductee
at the Hall of Fame induction ceremony, while the other plaque will
be displayed at Holy Angels Church, Buffalo, NY. |
